Chattanooga is opening back up after COVID-19, and you may be experiencing some anxiety as we transition to a more social city.

According to a CDC study done in Jan 2021 — 2 out 5 Americans experience symptoms of anxiety or a depressive disorder in the span of a 7 day period.

Of course, we always recommend that you seek professional health if you feel your anxiety is beyond your control, but we want to give you some helpful things things your can do at home to help prevent anxiety.
